Basic performance

Secondary PU & Alloy Belt Cleaner can be mounted in any secondary

cleaning position---usually about 100mm from when the belt leaves the head

pulley. Unique structure with multi-level buffer(1.PU blade;2.Rubber torsion

element;3.Spring tensioner), reduce the impact to mechanical fasteners and

make the PU blade move away from the fasteners and pass easily without

damaging the belt.

Applications:

1.Belt Width:650~2000(mm)

2.Suitable for both mechanical or vulcanized joint belt.

3.Suitable for tough applications with wet,sticky carryback.
