In 2024, Shandong Mingyang made significant improvements, implemented a series of major improvement measures. We independently developed an automatic production line for rollers and introduced a batch of new advanced equipment, further optimizing the production processes of HDPE rollers, pulleys, and polyurethane products.

Roller automatic production line

The independently developed fully automatic roller production line has obtained a number of national invention patents and has been rated as a leading intelligent manufacturing equipment in China. At present, the daily output of rollers has exceeded 3000+.

HDPE pipe production line

The new HDPE pipe production line has a strong production capacity and can cover all the specifications of pipes we need. Shandong Mingyang uses high-quality HDPE raw materials for production, which can effectively control the quality of raw materials, the production of finished products and the delivery time.

Pulley production line

A large number of new pulley processing equipment have been installed on the pulley production line, which effectively improved the machining efficiency of pulleys. Additionally, new pulley rubber lagging equipment and pulley rubber lagging grooving equipment have been installed, which significantly improved product quality and reduced production costs.

Polyurethane production equipment

Polyurethane production equipment mainly produces polyurethane cleaner scrapers. Polyurethane cleaner scrapers have low friction coefficient and are wear-resistant, and the service life is 3 to 4 times that of rubber cleaners. The product has good toughness, stable scraping effect, and is resistant to breakage without damaging the belt.
